家具家电全都齐全，都是搬进来新买的，现在其中一个室友要回国了，所以才出租. 房子11月22号available，长租。

现在房子里有一对couple住一个master room，另外一个女生住single room. 3个人里2个已经上班了，都在鬼佬公司工作，剩下一个也即将毕业。不管读书的还是工作的，大家都是生活作息规律，安静友善的人。大家都很爱干净，房子定期分工打扫，保持良好卫生环境。

希望找到安静，爱干净的室友。

要出租的房间：Single Room  $105+share bills
               配有：写字台
                  床垫（single，queen可选择）
                  衣架
               厨具可share



房子有中央空调，冷暖的，而且各个房间有独立的开关。夏天冬天都不用担心温度的问题，提供舒适的居住环境。
家里微波炉，烤箱，洗碗机.....等全部齐全。
网络是TPG的，ADSL2+，白天100G，晚上100G。所有bills是按人头来share的，中央空调冷暖均可，用多少，share多少。


房子前后小花园都种Rose，开的很好！花园有local房东定期来整理，不用自己操心。{:2_62:}

   房子位于Sir Donald Bradman Drive第7站，J开头的除了J7外等6,7部车全部到city，出门走不到5分钟就是车站，交通十分方便，到unisa，也到阿大。

我们这个小区是刚建5年的新小区，是富人区，环境相当好！周围环境安静，周围居住的local都很友善，每天早晨出门，街对面的老爷爷在修建他的花花草草都会跟我们打招呼，邻居一对从Brisbane搬来的老夫妇也是经常来往。这样的一个环境，不仅安全，而且住着也舒服。

因为现在的房间还住着人，最近忙于复习考试，没来得及照照片，但是欢迎有兴趣的朋友来看房。
