更新
：3个房间已经租出去了，现在还剩一间21平米大房，有暖气和空调，大部分家具，
单人住115/周，couple住140/周，不包bill，只包网络，ADAM的100G，同住两个女生都是早出晚归上班族，平时用水电煤都很少。

房东是local，人非常nice，由于要出国1年以上，所以把自住屋出租。
房子干净整洁，4个房间，2大1中1小，大的都可以住couple，家具齐全，锅碗瓢盆都有，还有空调和暖气, 2个停车位，院子很大，有果树，可以露天BBQ。
交通非常便利，
5分钟行至bus300,241,263,J7,720公车站stop 30;
10分钟行至Marion shopping centre公车总站，M44,248,245,241,262,263,265,300,719,720,721,722,734,G10,G20,J7;
10分钟行至火车站Oakland Park站.
周围环境好，
5分钟行至Marion shopping centre, Pizzahut, KFC, 逛街买菜休闲娱乐都很近，
公车5分钟到Flinders uni, 开车5分钟到Brighton beach.
房子周围还有网球场，篮球架，大草坪，医院，儿童游乐场以及幼儿园。
治安很好，邻居友善。
9月26日可以入住，必须一年（或1年以上，可以之后协商），房东父母会协助管理，如有需要维修等；
9月5日起可以联系看房，看看屋内家具哪些需要哪些不需要，房东可以整理；
房租420/周，包100G的ADAM的网络，不包别的BILL，因为不好管理。
不能养宠物。

不要家具最少也是420/周。不是以赚钱为目的的，只是为了能租出去，付贷款和保险等费用。
