房间位于City South Apartments，81 Carrington St。位置极佳，ChinaTown，Center Market 买菜很方便，附近就是警局，安全有保证，而且是封闭式公寓，刷卡进门，车位在封闭小区内，有雨棚。
有泳池，spa，全免费使用！

该unit 位于2楼，2室一厅，一书房，一卫生间，空调，洗衣机，烘干机齐全。网络是unlimited。

因室友要回国，现出租一间，double bed，衣橱，书桌，床头柜，超大窗户，光线，通风很好。另一房间住一对夫妻，都在阿大工作。房子合同与中介签到明年1月18日，因房主打算卖掉此房不愿续约，故只能租到1月中旬。可拎包入住，适合过渡！

男女不限，欢迎不抽烟，爱干净的人士，No Pet。

11月19日available，因现在房间仍住人，不方便拍照。欢迎预约看房。
