一整套新房二层楼。。全家具。中央空调。。主人房是个king size的床。。一个房间是双人床。另外一个是单人床。。有一个带棚的车库位和两个露天的车位。。。一个主人房内带卫生间和shower。除此之外，二楼还有一个卫生巾带bath 和 shower。楼下洗衣房侧边还有一个厕所。。带卫星电视。。能接受中文台80多个。。房子现在有网络。只需转名字就可以。。电和煤气也是一样的。。只需一转就可以。。水费只付你用的费用就可以。不需要转。。。出门一米公交车站。。。近超市。。走路5分钟。。。超市营业时间是早6点到晚上12点。。近KFC走路8分钟。。。附近有两个加油站。。走路过去均在5-8分钟之内。。。交通便利。。。附近走路3分钟就有一个中餐馆。。。进机场。。但听不到飞机的声音。。。现在整套转租。。。。平转。。。390刀一周。。。但是需要签合同。。。。正式的。。。押金为6周的bond。。。（法律规定的）。。。。有兴趣的可以随时来看房。。。
