走路五分钟为公交车站，有H21、H30（30S）、H33（33C）、X30（30S)直达city, 公交车20分钟到city阿大对面。
走路7分钟到FirleShopping Centre, 有Coles,Kmart, 各种快餐，银行，邮局，方便学生和工作一族

房东有正式工作，兼职在某著名补习机构给商科学生提供补习服务，如果我们关系良好，可以给与学习上适当的指导。

对房客的要求：男女不限，但是需要保持卫生干净，好相处，不养宠物，无不良嗜好。
