· Managing the growth and execution of sales strategies and setting sales targets for sales maximisation and customer loyalty
· Managing the growth and execution of strategies to promote our company's goods and services to as many people as possible
· Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· Drive and manage Chinese Sales team and increase revenue
· Develop and build client relationships with existing and new distribution channels
· Managing the growth and execution of strategies to generate increased consumption of our company's wines/goods thus enforcing branding and brand loyalty
· Managing the growth and execution of strategies to build and maintain the company's and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Skills & Experience
· Significant Wine Industry experience
· Bachelor Degree or above, MBA related educational background is a plus.
· Bilingual skill with top proficiency in both Chinese Mandarin and English, for non-native English speakers, a minimum of four 6s in IELTS or PTE is requested.
· Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Sales positions, at least 5 years in Management level.
· Proven ability to build relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Successful background in developing business opportunities and delivering solutions on a regular basis
· Ability to develop and maintain a strong sales relationship
