Apartment位于Garden City附近，属于Upper Mount Gravatt 区，街道安静，安全，离南区最大购物中心仅十分钟步行

交通便利，门口车站有184,,175,172,170经logan road 到city

125,120 可直达GriffithUniversity
步行12分钟左右即到Garden City BusStation
111,150,160,555,等多辆bus可直达city，有利好于在City上班或上学（QUT）的租客。
169可到UQ
555,545等可到Logan

购物方便, 步行2分钟即到小型购物区，pizzahut, 等小商店和简单快餐，方便半夜熬夜读书的朋友买得到宵夜，以及工作太累的朋友的就餐问题。楼下即是Mcdonals。

步行3分钟即到小型 shopping Village，那里有Coles，coffee club， fruit market，Korean restaurant 等日常所需。

也可以步行10分钟到Garden City Shopping Centre,在哪里可淘到生活所需所有用品，或者到Sunnybank购物（门口599直达sunnnybank）
