前些日子在学校里把牙磕掉一颗。
家长去接，签了个字就拉到了
也没给个什么答复

昨天去下巴又摔烂了嘴里面也破了
看着特别可怜
家长去了又让签个字就拉到了

个人觉得这种处理方法非常让人不满意
我外甥很老实内向一孩子平时在家也都是自己玩从没伤过
有没有哪位网友知道如何投诉幼儿园的
到不指望有什么赔偿
只是总感觉心中不平衡他们解决事情的方式太草率了。

我小孩有時後也會發生
因為我小孩最後六個月明年去prep
所以就算了
如果版主有選擇南區很多childcare
換另外一間
不然投訴manager
讓她去調查
不過這種事情最後都是羅生門
對方可以說你小孩子很皮自己用的
也苦無證據
最好的方法就是換另外一間

至於投訴
打去 fair trading問看看
她門應該會給你一個方向
