求助！买车办过户可否让委托他人代办？？

人在国内，朋友帮忙看中一车我也很满意打算买，价格已经谈好但是卖家很快要回过，我赶不上回去亲自办过户。请问有什么办法可以过户？我朋友没有我护照，学生证等id原件可否用扫描件或复印件办过户？不行的话可否先过户到朋友名下，等我回去后再过户一次给我？短时间内过户2次允许么？ 还有别的办法吗

费用确实是个浪费，这车就不到5000买的，打算写个4000左右那税钱也就不到200吧？还能接受，如果不急着过户而是卖家填好表然后我付钱后让他把车和表格＋RWC交给我朋友怎么样？有没有风险

他给了你RWC给了你车 你可以让他写一张说明说 车已经卖给你了 但是你人不在 等回来了再过户 就好了 几乎0风险咯 唯一的风向就是车是有问题了 你朋友没看出来而已

有了RWC的车还会有大问题么？rwc不是检查挺全面的么，不至于开2天就坏了吧。卖家同意去我指定的地方做rwc了

卖家去transport拿一张表，买家填你的名字和你的信息。然后你把钱给你朋友，你朋友拿着钱，和卖家一手交钱一手交车+表+RWC。等你回来了以后拿着你的ID去transport凭着这张表格和RWC过户。4缸的车过户费是车价的3%。4000的车就是120。风险就是你朋友拿着车跑路了。

楼上说的有理。而且撇开车好不好不谈，只要不是你去交易，就都有风险。慎重决定。
