你好，中学的学习是不能符合移民局的要求的。
根据移民局申请学历加分的要求：
To be awarded points for the Australian Study requirement you must have completed one or more degrees, diplomas or trade qualifications for award by an Australian educational institution as a result of a course or courses:
• that are registered courses
• that were completed in a total of at least 16 calendar months
• that were completed as a result of a total of at least two academic years study
• for which all instruction was conducted in English
• that you undertook while in Australia as the holder of a visa authorising you to study
• is closely related to your nominated skilled occupation.
尤其是最后一点，因为你在高中时是不可能有专业的，所以也就不能用高中的学历申请技术评估，从而也就不能申请学历加分。
同时要申请Regional Australia Study 也必须符合上述条件，所以你的2年高中学历是不能申请加分的。
