没错 所有的real estate trust account或者solicitor trust account都不能产生任何利息 没有任何人得益。

楼主买的是off plan(俗称的楼花，还未建）还是现房？10%一般是买楼花的deposit，这个是有利息的而且是归购房者（合同上会标明），如果是现房，deposit产生的利息和购房者无关，而且一般不会付到10%那么高（我那时才付了1000元）。
