砖房，房子不能算新，设施齐全。唯一缺憾是没有空调，根据往年经验，夏天最热时房子里的温度不算热。 位置很好，社区很安全，在prospect rd旁的小街，很安静。目前我和老婆住一间，一个做寿司的厨师住一间。空出来的小房间是刚有一个UniSA毕业生搬走。
老婆希望找个女生搬进来，互相有个照应。
宽带是TPG不限量的ADSL2+，有人很喜欢批评TPG的网络不稳定，我从2007年1月就开始用它，基本上两三个月会有一次掉线，应该没什么好挑剔的。使用网络基本不会互相影响，在线看视频什么的都没问题。

带着行李就能入住了。如果你不需要搬家具的话，我可以免费开车帮你搬家。

要求：别太吵闹的；不吸烟的（因为以前的不愉快经历，这个没得商量）。

房租的100块包括了煤气、宽带费。电费的话如果不用heater或者移动空调的话，平摊下来一个人一周大概5块钱左右。
