Q1：申请批汇的材料可不可以自己翻译啊？一定要盖翻译公司的章么？
Q2：换汇跟开汇票必须在同一家银行么？比方说在中行换了胖子，可以去汇丰开汇票么？因为不知道换汇后拿到手的是现钞还是马上在换汇行开个帐户存在里面
