只限单人出租（至少三个月），长期入住可看情况优惠。妹纸优先，学生上班族优先。无不良嗜好，无宠物，不抽烟，干净整洁。
一间950每月（不带车位），另外一间因单独在3楼面积比另外一间大所以每个月1060（不带车位）。带车库车位+$60。
