The postgraduate school is processing all applications. It seems that the
competition is excessivly keen because of budget cut in the university. I am
still uncertain about your chance and the postgraduate school will not
announce individual result before the appropriate time. If you had other
opportunity that needed decision immediately, perhaps you should judge and
go ahead first.
