房子坐落於安靜的街道上，距離Runcorn plaza 和 Warrigal shopping mall都很近，大約15分鐘左右步行，搭150公車可直達Garden City 和 city。離Runcorn train station 也很近，約15分鐘步行。附近有公園、狗公園以及運動場。走路約20～25分鐘或開車5～10分鐘可抵達Sunny bank Market Square. 開車3分鐘可上Gateway and M1 Highway, 非常方便。
