有谁自己装过REAR SWAY BAR?帮下忙

但是不知道有没有可能在只有一个千斤顶的情况下自己完成换装的过程呢？
就怕换掉一半千斤顶坏掉，小弟的头就没了。。。
有人自己换过嘛？
有什么窍门不？ 多谢啦~
