因为妈妈要回国，本人不能一个人住在这个apart里。房子还有3-4个月的contract，明年1月底到期，希望有意者能接手此房。 Apart适合短租， 也就是到明年1月底； 也可长租， 就是合同到期后续签就行了。

Apartment里面的设施：

一室：
一个双人床+一个写字台+一个衣橱柜

一厅（with 厨房): 一个沙发+一个写字台+一个餐桌+所以厨房需要的工具的电器

一个大卫生间

一个储藏室

一个书柜

一个空调（在厅里）

厅里还有一个单人床（送的）。

Apartment包水但不包电。因为有个双人床，所以可以住couple，也可以和朋友一起住了， 因为厅里还有一个床。apart在6楼有3扇大窗户，视野非常好，夜景也很美，光线也很好，有窗帘，所以若果觉着光线太强的话可以用帘子挡光。

楼里没有网，所以只能自己接了，但是你可以有对面的library上，免费而且网速不慢。(除非是玩网游的同学，那是另一回事了).

马路的对面就是阿大，南澳东校区3-4分钟就能步行到达，西校区大概要6-7分钟吧。

楼的另一面就是rundle mall, 购物方便，更重要的是有woolworth. 但是chinatown & central market要走10分钟吧，就当锻炼身体了。
