离南边Woodcroft的蘑菇厂很近，只有2公里，开车大约就5分钟，如果想找工作，我可以介绍人进去工作，离Lonsdale杀鸡厂和Noarlunga Shopping Centre大约4公里，所以非常适合在这些工厂或者南边其他工厂上班的人士。

这里离以下几个区很近，Lonsdale工业区，有很多工厂，Woodcroft，Reynela,Hackham,Chrisites beach,Noarlunga,Port Noarlunga,Happy valley，如果在这些区上班，开车的话都在10分钟之内。

721可以一路车15-20分钟到Flinders University，也可以一路车到CITY唐人街或者Runde Mall ，开车30分钟到CITY，721一路车10分钟到Noarlunga Shopping Centre，开车只要5分钟。

宽带为TPG不限流量不降速的，可以随便下载电影和游戏（下载时间为晚上11点到早上7点之间）！

欢迎在南边工作，自己有车的朋友，或者Flinders University 的同学，住这里都是非常方便的。适合夫妻或者COUPLE，要求入住的朋友爱清洁，不能在室内吸烟，每周只要160澳，share Bill，也就是水，电，煤气及宽带费用需要按人头分摊。（如果BILL全包的话，2人入住，价格为200澳一周）

因为地处街角，所以停车非常方便，院子里可以停2-3辆车，沿街边可以停4-6辆车，完全不用担心停车的问题。
