本人在今天网上发生了车祸。在十字路口，被一辆救护车冲撞，对方是闯红灯，
只闪灯，未鸣笛。发生车祸后，对方没有停车，径直离去。
请问：这是谁的责任？
      当时没有报警，也没有目击证人。路口不确定有没有摄像头，如果起诉，是否有胜算。

我是知道要GIVE WAY的。我也是老司机了。可是过十字路口的时候过绿灯70公里每小时的速度看两边也来不及的，一般绿灯的时候也不可能减速过的，不是红转绿时候启动有时间看左右来车。突然从边上冲出来一辆车我要GIVE WAY也没有反应时间的
