想请教各位朋友 我租的房子是明年3月3日到期  想继续延租半年

于是给中介打电话 但是接线员不熟悉业务 说要下个月回复  可是下个月我都在国内了

就是想问问：1. 延期房子需要什么资料  还需要和中介再签一个contract吗？
                     2. bond怎么办呢  
                     3. 需要清洁房屋 让中介来检查吗？

通常續約是一年 如果想要半年 就必須跟agent討論

第三點我的立場是 搬家那一次的清潔最好請人用
很多情況agent會說地方還是很髒 他要在找人清
你等於花了兩次清潔費 不划算
如果只是租約內的檢查
只要前一天把東西整理好
不要太髒 通常agent都會看看就走掉
沒難度

如果房东不再租了，中介也会提前通知的。
你的房子明年3月才到期，还早着呐。不用着急。

是的，要再簽一份CONTRACT的

你原本付的BOND到新CONTRACT完之後，你又不再續約時還給你

3. 需要清洁房屋 让中介来检查吗？
個人覺得不用找清潔公司，到你真的不再住的時候再找吧
但是你自己要打掃一下
一般仲介都會先檢查一次 (我住這邊是3個月就會檢查一次了…T_T)
