LZ认了吧，如果想上诉的话就得去magistrate court上庭，成功辩诉的几率不大，如果失败了还得多付一笔开庭费。那个地方虽然是你家的drive way但是是属于布里斯班市政府的公共区域，其他市民有通行使用的权力。

还有这个罚单不是警察给你开的，是布里斯班市政府开的，市政府有个专门的在其所属区域上开罚单的团队。警察开的罚单一般有昆士兰警察或者州交通部的开头，而且颜色是黄色的。
