楼主买的是off plan(俗称的楼花，还未建）还是现房？10%一般是买楼花的deposit，这个是有利息的而且是归购房 ...
off the plan很多情况下利息都是归买房拥有 因为大部分情况下用的是bank guarantee而不是直接付款的
就算普通已经建好的房子也是要付deposit 都是放在trust account里面 同样没利息 deposit可以只是500或者以前块 或者高达10%都可以 完全是自己善良的e
