我之前看到upper mt gravatt 和macgregor这边的房子都蛮贵的呢。。。大概都要7、80万的样子。。。想说这个这么豪华估计得上百。。。。如果才6、70的话俺非常愿意买啊。。。

那6月20号左右搬的话还是有些晚吧。。。因为那时候可能要回国 如果可以的话 我还可以先把东西什么的先拉过去 然后回来就直接住了。。。

见笑啦。。其实租金方面我只是知道个大概。。自己总结了一个公式。。即租售比通常情况下按1：1 再多点   热门区譬如大学和华人区（华人区是个奇葩 不能按常理去分析）看房子新旧情况1：1略少点   高档的百万以上的房子肯定是1：1再往上走。。按这个公式去套用大部分房子是合适的。。

售价本人了解的比较多。。不过因为个人喜好是市中心附近的老区还有热门区（譬如garden city/chermside）  华人区了解一般。。

楼主地这个房子。。不在garden city中心区  建筑面积一般  占地面积一般  所以售价会受点影响  70万可能有点悬  60多万差不多  不过学生住很不错啦  华人区中心区附近(sunnybank正中心以及garden city少有这么新的）  租房绝对推荐！

macgregor的许多大房子很有一点历史  占大幅地  欧式建筑风格或是其他风格  因此有些贵  upper mount gravatt的房子看地势 地势高的往往景致好  08年地产高峰起卖至7/80万挺容易的  现在有点难度
