他那个 国内驾照翻译件 估计早过期了（入镜头3个月），其实就是 无证驾驶。

这也是这边这边留学生一般出车祸很麻烦的原因之一。

考个本地驾照也不花多少钱，自己安心的多。

楼主是一对儿, 女的应该一点也不会开车, 因为她自己就说"不学交规了, 又不长留", 开车的人不会说出如此对自己都不负责的话, 所以女方应该不会开车, 否则上路了也是杀手, 规则都懒得学

男的是在开车时没带驾照被警察抓, 因为女的不会开车, 所以他们俩应该只有一辆车使用, 正常来讲驾照不是应该时时刻刻放在车内?  怎么还会没带?   不理解

这个也已经不是这样了，转澳洲居民后才有3个月的限制，如果是留学生就没三个月限制的，读三年书可以开三年，读五年可以开五年。

这个对, 转PR才是3个月内必须考澳洲驾照, 其他签证都可以一直用国际翻译件, 但澳洲驾照还是比国际驾照强很多

其实是不分 身份的，都是 3个月的限制，可以仔细查一下交规。 一般不出事故，交警也懒的查你入境多久，但是翻译件上有日期，只有3个月内有效。 出了事 很麻烦的。


在这里开车当时一定要有Local的驾照的， 3个月的时间 是给有海外驾照的人通过路考的，如果路考失败 那个驾照翻译件也就失效。
