我也住过top ryde, 后来住过ermington的新房子，跟mawson lakes 差不多的，均价要高出近 30万，我宁愿mawsonlake 买个House 再在近市区的地方买个投资房，

是啊,因为南澳的洲政府担保是允许住在首府的,也是全澳洲唯一一个洲担保也可以住首府城市的洲.所以大家都先办这边来了.
