两居室 一厨一卫 有阳台 现两间房都出租 所以可以和好朋友一起入住 家具齐全（包括床 衣柜 桌椅 洗衣机 电视外 还有洗碗架 电饭锅 热水壶等） 拎包即可入住

两间卧室有一间稍大（相差不到1平米）两间房子阳台是相连的 只是房间内布局略有差异 房子虽在city 但是很安静 也很安全 进门及电梯都要刷卡 很多留学生都住在这里

现两房均$240一周 全包（水电煤网，但是如果使用空调或heater比平时电费高许多的话 多出的电费要两个住客平摊）网络是internode 200G每月 信号很好 不掉线 下载速度快
