Looking for someone to take over my rooming contract of a single ensuite room in a 6 person apartment in the Urbanest student accommodation. Mine is an old contract so is much more Cheaper than the current rent which is $267pw
The room is available from 31 Aug and the contract ends February 2015, but can be extended with Urbanest. Bond is 490 AUD.
The room has a king single bed and its own private bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a big study desk, plenty of storage room, air conditioning/heating, wireless and cable internet access (10 GB a month) and a large window.
The large kitchen/dining room is shared with 5 friendly flatmates and is perfect for cooking, dining and chatting. It has a large fridge and freezer, an oven/cooker with exhaust fan, kitchen bench and stools, microwave, plenty of cupboard space, air conditioning/heating and large windows.
This apartment has a nice view of North Adelaide and the Adelaide Oval .
